Replacement or exchange requests are accepted within 10 business days from the date of product delivery. Please note that ALL SALE/CLEARANCE items and LIMITED RELEASE products are considered FINAL SALE and are non-returnable. Any other products ineligible for replacement or exchange will be clearly indicated on the product page. Ensure that all tags are attached, packaging is intact, and the product is unused/unworn. Avoid taping the shipping label directly onto the shoe box to prevent refusal of the return package.
Upon processing the replacement or exchange, customers will receive an online store credit equivalent to the replaced or exchanged item(s) value, excluding the return shipping fee (fees vary based on size, weight, and location). A shipping label will be provided upon request. Please note that the online store credit is not valid for in-store purchases or phone orders.
